When we started designing our new mop, my goal was for as many people as possible to love it. The target group would be both broad and niche. How do you build a moped that attracts a finicky teenager who likes to ride but also a girl interested in fashion and a stressed parent who wants to drive children to kindergarten? Much can be solved with design, colors and decals.
How do you make a mop that can suit everyone?
Some can of course be solved with design, colors and decals. But to make the mop truly versatile, it must be able to become special for the driver. And then we had a stroke of genius - why not add more connection points, which we can then accessorise, so that the mop can be adapted, changed and become just the mop you want?
The result was a hell of a lot of screw holes
You can of course think that it is not that remarkable - a small hole for a screw. But it is the possibilities that are remarkable. There are 11 screw holes on the mop. All with a reinforced attachment to the frame that withstands load. They sit in strategic places to create as many opportunities as possible.
A few small M6 screws can make a difference
We will send a bunch of screws already in the delivery with the mop. Either you use them for our upcoming accessories or you can come up with your own solutions and accessories. The idea that you should be able to screw in exactly what you want.
Of course, we have a lot of ideas for equipment. But help!
Yes, bags, packing boxes, twelves, cargo racks, locks, mobile phone holders, cup holders and so on. But you are welcome to help. If you have ideas on what we should produce for extra equipment or thoughts on mops in general, drop your suggestion in our new suggestion box. Loose thoughts or finished cad drawings don't matter : ) All inspiration is fun, welcome and valuable.
